With over 10 years of professional sales experience and an MBA Concentration in Human Resource Management, Joanne is uniquely qualified for her role at J Donovan Financial. Joanne is the Employee Advocate for all J Donovan clients and spearheads all employee benefit engagement and customer service initiatives. 
 
 
Previously, while working in College Admissions at Le Cordon Bleu and Florida Technical College, Joanne was awarded Top Performer of the Year in 2014 and 2015. At HD Supply, Joanne supported over 100 different businesses with their purchasing needs. In all of her previous endeavours, Joanne has been beloved by her clients for both her sense of humour and the level of organization she brings to her work. This is why she has made such a positive impact as the Employee Advocate at J Donovan Financial.
